FAQ
Cannot receive verification code
- Please verify that your email address or phone number is entered correctly.
- Please check your spam, junk mail, or SMS filtering settings.
- Multiple requests in a short period may trigger a cooldown limit; please try again later.
Cannot record or use real-time transcription
- Please confirm in iOS Settings that KidovixRec has microphone permission.
- Please ensure a stable network connection; real-time transcription and translation require cloud services.
- If recording is interrupted, return to the App and try to continue recording or save the current segment.
Cannot connect to recording device
- Please confirm the device is powered on and close to your phone.
- Please enable Bluetooth and local network permissions; connecting to a device hotspot may also require location permission.
- Please try restarting the device or searching for the device again in the App.
AI result generation failed
- Please confirm that the recording file has been uploaded or synced.
- Transcription, summarization, and mind map generation for longer recordings may take more time.
- If failures persist, please send the file name, occurrence time, and error message to the support email.
Account & Data
You can manage your nickname, email, phone number, log out, or request account deletion within the App. For assistance with account handling, data deletion, or privacy-related matters, please contact us via the support email.
